Melt by keenakorn Melt by keenakorn
Created by melting crayons unto canvas, this piece is colorful and vibrant. Silhouettes of birds flying through add cheerful pop.

I just recently did a melted crayon artwork too!

And I was wondering, how did you get the birds silhouettes on there?

Well, first I drew them on the canvas with pencil, and then I put Frisk-It on it in the shape of the birds, melted the crayons over it and then planned on simply removing the Frisk-it by rubbing it off like you are suppose to. That failed miserably! lol So I then decided to scrape off the crayon with a razor in the shape of birds...also failed. So I just painted them on there with Gesso and that seemed to work nicley ...:D
